Application
Decorative floating-sand self-levelling systems where the floor is part of the design intent, not just a wearing surface.
Understand the failure mode before choosing a system.
Here the floor is part of the design intent — colour, texture and light response are specified by the project.
Public traffic is relentless and unforgiving on corners, thresholds and shopfront lines.
Refurbishment happens with shops trading — dust, noise and closure must be engineered out.

Selected by duty — there is no universal system, only the one that fits.

The same floor with the same materials can last years longer when the work is carried out carefully. The six steps below are our standard sequence for epoxy floors: what each step does, to what standard, and what we check on handover. For your workshop we fine-tune the number of layers and the thickness to the actual loads, chemicals and shutdown window.
Samples and colour panels approved against the interior scheme before a square metre is laid. Samples are re-checked under the actual site lighting to rule out colour disputes.
Works split into night shifts and isolated zones so trading continues. The phasing and hoarding plan is filed with the operator in advance, keeping goods routes clear.
Dust-controlled grinding, then primer, build-up and the approved finish. Grinding dust is captured at source and carted out of the premises outside trading hours.
Each zone is cleaned, cured and handed back ready for trading the next morning. High-footfall routes get a reinforced topcoat before handover to hold the first-month look.

Floating-sand finish with the aggregate colour mixed to the interior palette.
Terrazzo-effect self-levelling as a design feature.
Back-of-house epoxy in the same colour language as the front.
A selection of projects delivered by the group.
Annual frameworks with Poly, China Merchants, Greentown, Longfor, Seazen, PowerChina, CR Land, Sunac and more, covering garage flooring and common-area floors — with material quality and workmanship unified to each group's own standards.
Flooring and parking-bay line marking works. As residential handover standards rise year by year, garage floors are colour-zoned into traffic lanes, bays and wayfinding, finished and accepted in a single pass.
New 2025 wins including China Jinmao and Grand Joy Holdings, continuing the group-framework model to supply flooring materials for their on-sale and under-construction projects.
Regional developers including Agile Group and Zhangtai Real Estate complete the picture: repeat orders where local delivery speed and after-sales response matter as much as the product itself.
Projects for Grand Joy Holdings and China Jinmao are mixed-use: retail, offices and parking under one roof, each with its own floor requirement. We take the flooring package across the whole complex so finishes stay consistent at every interface.
What buyers ask most when specifying a floor coating.
Yes — aggregate blends and colour panels are approved on samples before production, so the floor lands where the design intends.
Learn moreYes — night programmes, isolated zones and dust-controlled preparation keep trading uninterrupted.
Learn moreNo — routine cleaning with water or neutral detergent is enough; the sealed surface does not need waxing.
