Application
Wheeled traffic, disinfectant exposure and appearance that has to hold up for a decade of public use.
Understand the failure mode before choosing a system.
Wheeled traffic never stops — beds, trolleys and cleaning machines run over the same paths all day.
Disinfectants are part of daily routine; the surface has to take them without fading or chalking.
The look has to survive a decade of public use — colour stability matters as much as wear.
Renovation usually happens with the building still in use.

Selected by duty — there is no universal system, only the one that fits.

The same floor with the same materials can last years longer when the work is carried out carefully. The six steps below are our standard sequence for epoxy floors: what each step does, to what standard, and what we check on handover. For your workshop we fine-tune the number of layers and the thickness to the actual loads, chemicals and shutdown window.
Grinding and repair with dust extraction — essential when the building stays occupied. Noise and dust are kept within the hospital's site rules, with work hours avoiding clinic peaks.
Sealing primer, then mortar and filler to a flat base. Low-odour products are used, with isolation and dust containment between the works and treatment areas.
Self-levelling or decorative finish applied area by area. Colours are configured to each department's wayfinding needs and confirmed with a trial layout before completion.
Each completed area returns to service on schedule, so the building never closes. Each finished phase is cleaned, disinfected and accepted immediately, dovetailed with the hospital's schedule.

The requirement here matches a pharmaceutical clean room: seamless, washable, coved up the wall, with no joints for residue to sit in. We have delivered exactly these build-ups for Shineway Pharmaceutical, Huahai Pharmaceutical and Xinhua Pharmaceutical — the same systems suit clinical and laboratory areas.
What buyers ask most when specifying a floor coating.
Yes — the work is zoned, dust is extracted at source, and low-odour solvent-free materials are used; each area reopens on schedule.
Learn moreCured surfaces tolerate scheduled disinfection; for specific agents, share the chemical list at design stage and we match the topcoat.
Learn moreColour-stable binders plus a wear surface chosen for the traffic level; when the surface eventually dulls, a renewal topcoat restores it without redoing the floor.
Learn moreThe floating-sand texture exposes aggregate at the surface — it is inherently grippier than a smooth self-levelling gloss.
