Waterborne polyurethane mortar

Organic-inorganic interpenetrating-network mortar: abrasion ≤ 0.02 g, compressive strength ≥ 80 MPa, service from −40 °C to 120 °C and pH 1–14 chemical resistance.

Overview

This waterborne polyurethane mortar is a composite flooring material with an interpenetrating network structure of organic and inorganic materials, offering superior physical and chemical resistance properties compared with organic resin coatings and inorganic mortars.

Key features

  • Outstanding wear and compression resistance: abrasion coefficient ≤ 0.02 g and compressive strength ≥ 80 MPa, withstanding frequent heavy-machinery traffic
  • Extreme weather and temperature resistance: performs from −40 °C to 120 °C, UV-resistant and non-yellowing
  • Chemical protection: resists strong acids and alkalis (pH 1–14), oils and organic solvents
  • Waterborne eco-technology: zero VOC emissions, certified by EU SGS, food-grade safety standard
  • Fast intelligent installation: 4 h to surface dry, 24 h to bear load, seamless self-levelling process

Recommended for

  • Food processing plants, dairies, breweries, distilleries and pharmaceutical intermediate workshops
  • Wet and dry processing areas, cold storage and freezer rooms, and similar floors with special requirements
