Overview
This vinyl ester heavy-duty anti-corrosion intermediate coat uses vinyl ester resin as its main film-forming substance and is used as the intermediate coat of vinyl ester heavy-duty anti-corrosion flooring systems.

- Extreme anti-corrosion: withstands 98% sulphuric acid, 40% sodium hydroxide and other strongly corrosive media; passed 2,400 h testing to ISO 2812-2
- Super strong adhesion: bond strength ≥ 8 MPa on steel and ≥ 3.5 MPa on concrete, preventing interlayer delamination
- Impermeable and wear-resistant: dense coating structure, water resistance ≥ 1.5 MPa and Mohs hardness ≥ 5, for heavy-load conditions
- Fast curing and eco-friendly: cures at 5 °C low temperature, VOC ≤ 80 g/L, China Environmental Labelling certified
