Overview

This ultra-abrasion polyurethane topcoat is a three-component, high-solids, highly wear-resistant polyurethane coating material formulated with aliphatic isocyanate as the main film-forming substance. The cured film has a high cross-linking density and good flexibility, and the addition of highly wear-resistant, high-temperature-resistant inorganic metallic aggregates gives the coating high hardness, good scratch resistance and a slightly textured surface. Formulated with reference to the national standard GB/T 22374-2018.

Key features

  • Slightly textured semi-gloss finish: low-reflection, glare-free surface that also improves slip resistance
  • Outstanding wear and impact resistance: high-hardness film with good scratch resistance, reinforced by wear-resistant and high-temperature-resistant inorganic metallic aggregates
  • Excellent UV resistance with no yellowing, based on the aliphatic isocyanate binder
  • Very good resistance to chemical corrosion
  • Environmentally friendly: high solids content and low VOC

Recommended for

  • Indoor and outdoor areas requiring anti-slip performance, high abrasion resistance, weather resistance, a semi-gloss finish, low reflection and low noise
