Functional systemsCement curing agent
A chemically hardened, dust-free slab with no coating to peel — for warehouses that cannot afford downtime.
Overview
A lithium or sodium silicate penetrant that reacts with free lime in the concrete to harden the surface. Nothing is applied on top, so nothing can delaminate later. It is normally specified for large warehouse floors where a coating failure would be expensive to repair and the aesthetic bar is low.
Key features
- No coating — nothing to peel or delaminate
- Dust-proofs the slab surface
- Applied to new or existing concrete
- Very low maintenance cost over service life
Recommended for
- Large distribution warehouses
- Logistics parks and mezzanines
- Existing slabs needing refurbishment
